YANGO Omega 3-6-9 delivers a carefully balanced combination of three essential fatty acid sources in a single daily softgel. Each capsule brings together fish oil, evening primrose oil and linseed oil — providing EPA, DHA, GLA, alpha-linolenic acid and oleic acid in one convenient serving.
The fish oil used in this formula is standardised to 35% EPA and 25% DHA. EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart (beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA). Evening primrose oil is standardised to 10% GLA (gamma-linolenic acid), an omega-6 fatty acid, while cold-pressed linseed oil contributes alpha-linolenic acid, a plant-sourced omega-3. Each capsule is also enriched with Vitamin E (D-alpha tocopherol), a source of vitamin E, which contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
Produced without artificial preservatives, fragrances or colourings, and verified to be free from heavy metals such as arsenic, cadmium, lead and mercury, YANGO Omega 3-6-9 is formulated to meet high standards of purity and quality.
