Způsob použití a dávkování
Odpařovač/hořák: Do odpařovače nebo aromalampy přidejte 6 až 8 kapek éterického oleje. Vdechnutí: Add 3 to 5 drops of essential oil to a bowl of very hot water, inhale vapours for 5 to 10 minutes (inhalation only for children over 10 years). Masáž: 5 kapek éterického oleje nařeďte v 10 ml nosného oleje, například mandlového nebo jojobového. Bath: Add 4 to 6 drops of essential oil to 20 ml of carrier oil; mix into water.
