NOW Foods Thyroid Energy is a comprehensive formula combining essential micronutrients with botanical extracts, designed to support your daily nutritional needs. Each serving of 2 vegetarian capsules delivers a carefully selected blend of vitamins, minerals and plant-based ingredients — including Iodine, Selenium, Zinc, and B-vitamins — that contribute to normal thyroid function, as well as L-Tyrosine and standardised herbal extracts from Guggul and Ashwagandha.

Iodine and Selenium contribute to the normal production of thyroid hormones and normal thyroid function. Zinc contributes to normal metabolism of macronutrients, while Vitamin B-6 and Vitamin B-12 contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Take 2 capsules daily, preferably in divided doses with food.
