Způsob použití a dávkování
As a dietary supplement for adults, take one (1) tablet daily, preferably with a meal, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. For EU/PL dosing guidance: take half (½) tablet daily, providing 12.5 mg of iron (70% NRV).
