Osavi Shilajit delivers a 500 mg dose of Asphaltum punjabianum extract per capsule, standardised to a 60:1 dry extract ratio — meaning each capsule is derived from 30,000 mg of raw shilajit. This extract is standardised to contain a minimum of 60% fulvic acids and a minimum of 12% humic acids.
Each batch is formulated to deliver consistent, measurable levels of these constituents. The product is encapsulated in hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose (HPMC) capsules, making it suitable for vegans and vegetarians. With 90 capsules per pack, this product provides a three-month supply at the recommended serving of one capsule per day.
This product is free from gluten, lactose, soy and GMOs, with a small quantity of inulin included as a flowing agent.

Take 1 capsule per day, after a meal. Swallow the capsule with a glass of water.
