Způsob použití a dávkování
Adults: 1 scoop (3 g) per day dissolved in a glass of water or other beverage; stir and drink the suspension. Observe your body’s reaction — if the serving seems too large, reduce to 0.5 scoop (1.5 g) and gradually increase to 1 scoop (3 g). Maximum daily serving: 3 g. Children (from 12 years of age): 0.5 scoop (1.5 g) per day; may start at 0.25 scoop if needed. Maximum daily serving for children: 1.5 g. Use for up to 6 months. Drink 2 litres of water per day.
