OSAVI Vitamin D3 + K2 combines two essential fat-soluble vitamins in a single, convenient softgel. Each capsule delivers 4000 IU (100 mcg) of vitamin D3 as cholecalciferol — the same form naturally produced by the body in response to sunlight — alongside 150 mcg of vitamin K2 as menaquinone-7 (MK-7), one of the most bioavailable forms of vitamin K. The formula is suspended in MCT oil.
