About Osavi – B-Complex with choline & inositol (60 vcaps)
Osavi B-Complex with Choline & Inositol delivers a comprehensive blend of all eight essential B vitamins alongside choline (as VitaCholine®) and inositol in a single convenient vegan capsule. Riboflavin contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, and riboflavin, vitamin B6, folate and vitamin B12 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
The formula uses high-quality, bioavailable forms of each B vitamin — including methylcobalamin for B12, calcium-L-methylfolate for folate, and pyridoxine hydrochloride for B6 — ensuring efficient absorption. VitaCholine® is a premium, globally recognised choline source, complemented by inositol to round out this well-balanced complex.
Produced in vegan HPMC capsules and free from gluten, lactose, soy and GMO, Osavi B-Complex is suitable for a wide range of dietary preferences. With 60 capsules per pack, this product provides a full two-month supply at one capsule per day.

Složení
Inulin, bitartrát cholinu, D-pantothenát vápenatý, hydrochlorid thiaminu, riboflavin, nikotinamid, inositol, hydrochlorid pyridoxinu, L-methylfolát vápenatý, methylkobalamin, D-biotin.
Capsule shell: hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose (HPMC) — vegan/vegetarian capsule.
Způsob použití a dávkování
Take 1 capsule daily in the morning, swallowed with a glass of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
