Způsob použití a dávkování
Mix 1 scoop of Mr. HYDE® Nightmare with 6–8 oz of water. Consume 15–30 minutes prior to training or competition. Assess tolerance by taking ½ scoop the first time. Do not consume within 4 hours of bedtime. Do not take any other products that contain caffeine or stimulants while taking Mr. HYDE® Nightmare. Do not exceed one scoop (one serving) in a 24-hour period.
