HR Labs Defib Advanced Pre Workout Catalyst is a research-driven, high-performance powder formulated specifically for advanced trainers who demand more from their training sessions. Delivering 200mg of Caffeine Anhydrous per scoop, with optimal active ingredient dosages reached at two scoops (21g), Defib is formulated for advanced trainers who want a highly dosed pre-workout.
The Fruit Punch formula brings together a blend of ingredients — including Citrulline Malate 2:1, Beta Alanine, Betaine Anhydrous, Taurine, and Acetyl-L-Carnitine — alongside specialist trademarked complexes such as PeptiPump™, SalidroPure™ (Salidroside), and AstraGin® (Astragalus Membranaceus Root and Panax Notoginseng Root). Citicoline (cytidine 5′ diphosphocholine) is also included.

Způsob použití a dávkování
Defib V3 is a highly dosed, research-driven pre-workout formulated for advanced trainers. Please consider your own tolerance levels prior to use. We recommend taking one scoop (10.5g) mixed with 250–350ml of water 20–30 minutes prior to training. Advanced users may benefit from taking two scoops (21g) in the same way. Optimal dosages of active ingredients attained at two scoops. Do not exceed more than 2 servings in any 24hr period. Do not use within 5hrs of intended sleep.
