Způsob použití a dávkování

As a dietary supplement, mix 1 scoop with 6–8 oz (180–250 ml) of water and consume on an empty stomach 15–30 minutes before a workout. Do not exceed the recommended serving. Due to extreme potency, new users should start with half a scoop to assess tolerance. Do not exceed 1 scoop per day.
