NOW Foods Magnesium & Calcium with Zinc and Vitamin D3 is a carefully formulated multi-mineral tablet combining four essential nutrients in a single, convenient serving. Each daily dose (3 tablets) delivers 800 mg of elemental magnesium, 400 mg of elemental calcium, 15 mg of zinc and 25 mcg (1,000 IU) of Vitamin D3 — nutrients that play important roles in the normal functioning of the body.

This formula draws on premium trademarked ingredient forms: Aquamin® seaweed-derived minerals provide both calcium and magnesium from a natural marine source, while L-OptiZinc® Monomethionine delivers zinc in a well-regarded chelated form.
